What to expect:Portrait sessions will likely last 1 - 2 hrs.Newborn sessions last 3-4 hrs.For newborns, please schedule within the first 10 days of birth as sleepy, bendy babies make for beautiful portraits. For older babies, toddlers and children, please keep their schedule in mind so the child is well fed and rested. Your session can be done at your home or another location of your choice. If your shoot is scheduled outside at midday, we will need to find a shaded location for the best portraits.Sessions are by appointmnet only.What to wear:When thinking about clothing choices for your session, keeping it simple is best. Logos or large prints will distract from the portrait.The simple guidelines to follow would include the following:1. Avoid patterns and logos that distract from the person in the photo. Plaids, stripes and small patterns are just too "busy" and compete with the face for attention.2. Mix and match. Use natural fabrics that have depth and texture. Try other fabrics other than cotton or polyester.
